A second Labour Councillor has resigned.
Cllr Sinead Darker, Central Ward has resigned from the Labour Group.
This follows last weeks resignation of Cllr David Wren, Dorcan Ward.
A disasterous start for Cllr Kevin Small, who was blighted by local election meltdown during his previous stint as the Labour Group Leader.
