ON behalf of the Swindon Fairness For Pensioners group may I express our appreciation of the current Swindon Council (Conservative) who have made clear in the Advertiser that efficiency savings in order to keep council tax demands under control is a priority.
How different from the previous administration (Labour), whose reckless and wasteful expenditure brought hardship and misery to the council taxpayers of Swindon.
